  今天,我(wo)(wo)們召開文化傳承發展座談會。座談會之前,我(wo)(wo)先后參觀了新(xin)建成(cheng)的中國國家(jia)版(ban)本館和中國歷史(shi)研(yan)究院的考古博物館,很有收獲。

  成立中國(guo)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)研究院(yuan)、中國(guo)國(guo)家版本館,是黨中央(yang)作出的(de)(de)重大(da)決策。中華民族具有百萬(wan)年的(de)(de)人類史(shi)(shi)(shi)、一萬(wan)年的(de)(de)文化(hua)史(shi)(shi)(shi)、五千(qian)多(duo)年的(de)(de)文明史(shi)(shi)(shi)。這次參觀(guan)考(kao)察中國(guo)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi)研究院(yuan)、中國(guo)國(guo)家版本館,我更(geng)加深(shen)切感到中國(guo)文化(hua)源遠流長,中華文明博大(da)精深(shen)。只有全(quan)面深(shen)入了解中華文明的(de)(de)歷(li)史(shi)(shi)(shi),才能更(geng)有效地推動(dong)中華優(you)秀傳統文化(hua)創造(zao)性轉化(hua)、創新性發展,更(geng)有力地推進中國(guo)特(te)色社會主義文化(hua)建設(she)(she),建設(she)(she)中華民族現代文明。

  文(wen)化關乎國本、國運。這(zhe)(zhe)段(duan)時間,我一直在(zai)思考推(tui)進中(zhong)國特色社會主義文(wen)化建設、建設中(zhong)華(hua)民族現代文(wen)明(ming)這(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)(ge)重大(da)問題。這(zhe)(zhe)也是(shi)召(zhao)開這(zhe)(zhe)次座談會的原因(yin)。這(zhe)(zhe)里,我講3個(ge)(ge)問題。

  一、深刻把握中華文明的突出特性

  中(zhong)(zhong)華優秀傳統文(wen)化有很多重(zhong)要(yao)元素,比如,天(tian)下為(wei)公、天(tian)下大同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)社會理(li)想(xiang),民(min)為(wei)邦本、為(wei)政以德的(de)(de)(de)治理(li)思(si)(si)想(xiang),九(jiu)州(zhou)共(gong)貫、多元一(yi)體的(de)(de)(de)大一(yi)統傳統,修齊治平、興亡(wang)有責的(de)(de)(de)家國(guo)情懷,厚德載物、明德弘道的(de)(de)(de)精神追求,富(fu)民(min)厚生、義(yi)利兼顧的(de)(de)(de)經濟倫理(li),天(tian)人合一(yi)、萬物并育的(de)(de)(de)生態理(li)念,實(shi)事求是、知行合一(yi)的(de)(de)(de)哲學思(si)(si)想(xiang),執兩用(yong)中(zhong)(zhong)、守中(zhong)(zhong)致和的(de)(de)(de)思(si)(si)維方法,講(jiang)信修睦、親仁善鄰(lin)的(de)(de)(de)交往之(zhi)道等,共(gong)同(tong)塑造出(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)明的(de)(de)(de)突(tu)出(chu)特(te)性。

  中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)具有突(tu)出的(de)(de)連續(xu)性(xing)。中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)是(shi)世界上唯一(yi)綿(mian)延(yan)不(bu)(bu)斷且以國家形態發(fa)展至今的(de)(de)偉(wei)大文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)。這充分證明(ming)(ming)(ming)了中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)具有自我發(fa)展、回應挑(tiao)戰、開創(chuang)新(xin)局(ju)的(de)(de)文(wen)化主體性(xing)與(yu)旺盛生(sheng)命力。深(shen)厚的(de)(de)家國情(qing)懷(huai)與(yu)深(shen)沉的(de)(de)歷(li)史意(yi)識,為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)族打下(xia)了維護(hu)大一(yi)統的(de)(de)人(ren)心(xin)根(gen)(gen)基,成為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)族歷(li)經(jing)千難萬險而不(bu)(bu)斷復興的(de)(de)精神支撐。中(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)的(de)(de)連續(xu)性(xing),從根(gen)(gen)本上決定了中(zhong)(zhong)華民(min)族必然走自己(ji)的(de)(de)路。如(ru)果不(bu)(bu)從源遠流長(chang)的(de)(de)歷(li)史連續(xu)性(xing)來(lai)認識中(zhong)(zhong)國,就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)可能(neng)理解(jie)古(gu)代中(zhong)(zhong)國,也(ye)不(bu)(bu)可能(neng)理解(jie)現代中(zhong)(zhong)國,更不(bu)(bu)可能(neng)理解(jie)未來(lai)中(zhong)(zhong)國。

  中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)明(ming)具(ju)有突(tu)出(chu)的(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)性。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)明(ming)是革故鼎新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)、輝光日新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)文(wen)明(ming),靜水深流與波(bo)瀾(lan)壯闊交織(zhi)。連續(xu)不是停滯、更不是僵化,而是以創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)為支撐(cheng)的(de)歷史(shi)進(jin)步過程。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民(min)族始(shi)終以“茍(gou)日新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),日日新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),又日新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)”的(de)精(jing)神(shen)不斷創造自(zi)己的(de)物質文(wen)明(ming)、精(jing)神(shen)文(wen)明(ming)和政治文(wen)明(ming),在(zai)很長(chang)的(de)歷史(shi)時期內作為最(zui)繁榮最(zui)強(qiang)大的(de)文(wen)明(ming)體屹(yi)立(li)于(yu)世。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)明(ming)的(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)性,從根本上(shang)決定了中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民(min)族守(shou)正不守(shou)舊(jiu)、尊古不復古的(de)進(jin)取精(jing)神(shen),決定了中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民(min)族不懼(ju)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)挑(tiao)戰、勇于(yu)接受新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)事(shi)物的(de)無畏品格。

  中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)具有突出的(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)性。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)長期的(de)(de)大(da)一(yi)統(tong)傳(chuan)統(tong),形成了(le)多元(yuan)一(yi)體、團結集中(zhong)的(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)性。“向內凝聚”的(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)性追求,是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)連續的(de)(de)前提,也是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)連續的(de)(de)結果。團結統(tong)一(yi)是(shi)(shi)福,分裂動蕩是(shi)(shi)禍,是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)人用血的(de)(de)代價(jia)換(huan)來(lai)的(de)(de)寶貴經驗教訓。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)性,從(cong)根本上(shang)決定(ding)了(le)中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)各(ge)民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化融為一(yi)體、即使遭(zao)遇重大(da)挫折(zhe)也牢固凝聚,決定(ding)了(le)國(guo)土(tu)不(bu)可(ke)分、國(guo)家不(bu)可(ke)亂、民(min)(min)(min)族(zu)不(bu)可(ke)散、文(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)不(bu)可(ke)斷的(de)(de)共同信念,決定(ding)了(le)國(guo)家統(tong)一(yi)永(yong)遠是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)核心利益的(de)(de)核心,決定(ding)了(le)一(yi)個堅(jian)強(qiang)統(tong)一(yi)的(de)(de)國(guo)家是(shi)(shi)各(ge)族(zu)人民(min)(min)(min)的(de)(de)命運所系。

  中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)具有突(tu)出的(de)(de)包容(rong)性。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)從(cong)來不用單(dan)一(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)代替多元(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),而是由多元(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)匯聚成(cheng)共(gong)同(tong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),化(hua)(hua)解沖突(tu),凝聚共(gong)識。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)認(ren)同(tong)超(chao)越地(di)域鄉土、血緣世系、宗(zong)教信(xin)仰(yang)等,把內部差(cha)異極大的(de)(de)廣土巨族(zu)(zu)整(zheng)合成(cheng)多元(yuan)一(yi)體(ti)的(de)(de)中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民(min)族(zu)(zu)。越包容(rong),就越是得到認(ren)同(tong)和(he)維(wei)護,就越會(hui)綿延不斷(duan)。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)的(de)(de)包容(rong)性,從(cong)根本上(shang)決定(ding)了中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民(min)族(zu)(zu)交(jiao)往(wang)交(jiao)流交(jiao)融的(de)(de)歷史(shi)取(qu)向,決定(ding)了中(zhong)國各宗(zong)教信(xin)仰(yang)多元(yuan)并(bing)存(cun)的(de)(de)和(he)諧格局,決定(ding)了中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)對世界文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)兼收并(bing)蓄(xu)的(de)(de)開(kai)放(fang)胸懷。

  中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文明具有突(tu)出的(de)和(he)(he)(he)平性(xing)。和(he)(he)(he)平、和(he)(he)(he)睦、和(he)(he)(he)諧是中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文明五千多年(nian)來一(yi)直(zhi)傳承(cheng)的(de)理念(nian),主(zhu)張(zhang)以道(dao)德(de)秩序構造(zao)一(yi)個群己(ji)合一(yi)的(de)世界,在(zai)人己(ji)關系中(zhong)以他(ta)人為重。倡導(dao)(dao)交通成和(he)(he)(he),反(fan)對隔絕閉(bi)塞;倡導(dao)(dao)共(gong)生并進,反(fan)對強人從(cong)己(ji);倡導(dao)(dao)保合太和(he)(he)(he),反(fan)對叢林法(fa)則。中(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文明的(de)和(he)(he)(he)平性(xing),從(cong)根本上決(jue)定了中(zhong)國(guo)始終是世界和(he)(he)(he)平的(de)建設者(zhe)、全球發(fa)展的(de)貢(gong)獻者(zhe)、國(guo)際秩序的(de)維護者(zhe),決(jue)定了中(zhong)國(guo)不斷追(zhui)求文明交流(liu)互鑒而不搞(gao)文化霸權,決(jue)定了中(zhong)國(guo)不會把自(zi)己(ji)的(de)價值(zhi)觀(guan)念(nian)與政治體制強加于(yu)人,決(jue)定了中(zhong)國(guo)堅持合作、不搞(gao)對抗(kang),決(jue)不搞(gao)“黨同(tong)伐異(yi)”的(de)小圈子。

  二、深刻理解“兩個結合”的重大意義

  在五千(qian)多(duo)(duo)年中(zhong)華文(wen)(wen)明深厚基礎(chu)上開辟和發(fa)展中(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi),把馬(ma)克思(si)主(zhu)義(yi)基本原(yuan)理同中(zhong)國具體實際(ji)、同中(zhong)華優秀傳統(tong)文(wen)(wen)化相結(jie)合(he)(he)是(shi)必(bi)由之(zhi)路(lu)。這是(shi)我(wo)們在探索中(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)道路(lu)中(zhong)得出(chu)(chu)的(de)規律性認識(shi)。我(wo)們一直(zhi)強調把馬(ma)克思(si)主(zhu)義(yi)基本原(yuan)理同中(zhong)國具體實際(ji)相結(jie)合(he)(he),現在我(wo)們又明確提出(chu)(chu)“第二個結(jie)合(he)(he)”。我(wo)說(shuo)過,如(ru)果(guo)沒有(you)中(zhong)華五千(qian)年文(wen)(wen)明,哪(na)里有(you)什么(me)中(zhong)國特色?如(ru)果(guo)不是(shi)中(zhong)國特色,哪(na)有(you)我(wo)們今(jin)天這么(me)成功的(de)中(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義(yi)道路(lu)?只有(you)立足波(bo)瀾壯闊(kuo)的(de)中(zhong)華五千(qian)多(duo)(duo)年文(wen)(wen)明史,才能(neng)真正理解中(zhong)國道路(lu)的(de)歷史必(bi)然、文(wen)(wen)化內涵與(yu)獨特優勢。

  歷史正反兩(liang)方面的(de)經驗(yan)表(biao)明,“兩(liang)個結合”是(shi)我們取(qu)得成功的(de)最大法(fa)寶(bao)。

  第一,“結合”的前提是彼此契合。“結(jie)合(he)”不(bu)(bu)(bu)是硬湊在(zai)一(yi)起的。馬克(ke)思(si)主(zhu)義和(he)(he)中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)優秀傳統文化來源不(bu)(bu)(bu)同,但(dan)彼此存(cun)在(zai)高度(du)的契合(he)性。比如,天(tian)下(xia)為(wei)公、講(jiang)信(xin)修睦的社會追求(qiu)與(yu)共(gong)產(chan)(chan)主(zhu)義、社會主(zhu)義的理想(xiang)信(xin)念(nian)相通,民為(wei)邦(bang)本(ben)、為(wei)政以德的治(zhi)理思(si)想(xiang)與(yu)人(ren)(ren)民至上的政治(zhi)觀念(nian)相融,革故鼎(ding)新、自強不(bu)(bu)(bu)息的擔當與(yu)共(gong)產(chan)(chan)黨人(ren)(ren)的革命精神相合(he)。馬克(ke)思(si)主(zhu)義從社會關(guan)系的角(jiao)度(du)把握(wo)人(ren)(ren)的本(ben)質,中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)文化也把人(ren)(ren)安放在(zai)家國天(tian)下(xia)之中(zhong)(zhong),都反對把人(ren)(ren)看作孤立的個體。相互(hu)契合(he)才能有機結(jie)合(he)。正是在(zai)這個意(yi)義上,我們才說中(zhong)(zhong)國共(gong)產(chan)(chan)黨既是馬克(ke)思(si)主(zhu)義的堅定信(xin)仰者和(he)(he)踐行(xing)者,又是中(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)優秀傳統文化的忠實繼承者和(he)(he)弘(hong)揚者。

  第四,“結合”打開了創新空間。“結合(he)(he)”本身(shen)就(jiu)是創(chuang)新,同(tong)時又開(kai)啟了廣闊的(de)理(li)論和(he)實踐創(chuang)新空間。“第二個結合(he)(he)”讓我(wo)(wo)們(men)掌握了思(si)(si)想和(he)文(wen)化(hua)主動,并有(you)(you)力地作(zuo)用于道路(lu)、理(li)論和(he)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)。從(cong)這(zhe)個角度(du)看,我(wo)(wo)們(men)黨開(kai)創(chuang)的(de)人民代(dai)表(biao)大會制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)、政(zheng)治(zhi)協商制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),與中(zhong)華文(wen)明的(de)民本思(si)(si)想,天下共(gong)治(zhi)理(li)念,“共(gong)和(he)”、“商量”的(de)施政(zheng)傳統(tong),“兼容并包(bao)、求同(tong)存異”的(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)智慧(hui)都有(you)(you)深刻關聯(lian)(lian)。我(wo)(wo)們(men)沒(mei)有(you)(you)搞聯(lian)(lian)邦(bang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、邦(bang)聯(lian)(lian)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),確立了單一制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)國家(jia)形式,實行(xing)民族區(qu)域自治(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du),就(jiu)是順(shun)應向內凝(ning)聚、多元一體的(de)中(zhong)華民族發展大趨勢,承(cheng)繼九州共(gong)貫、六合(he)(he)同(tong)風、四(si)海一家(jia)的(de)中(zhong)國文(wen)化(hua)大一統(tong)傳統(tong)。更重(zhong)要的(de)是,“第二個結合(he)(he)”是又一次(ci)的(de)思(si)(si)想解(jie)放(fang),讓我(wo)(wo)們(men)能夠在(zai)更廣闊的(de)文(wen)化(hua)空間中(zhong),充分運用中(zhong)華優秀傳統(tong)文(wen)化(hua)的(de)寶貴資源,探索面(mian)向未來的(de)理(li)論和(he)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度(du)創(chuang)新。

  第五,“結合”鞏固了文化主體性。任何文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)要立(li)得(de)住、行得(de)遠(yuan),要有引領力(li)(li)、凝聚力(li)(li)、塑造力(li)(li)、輻射力(li)(li),就(jiu)必須(xu)有自(zi)(zi)己的(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)體(ti)性(xing)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共(gong)產(chan)黨(dang)歷來重視文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),新(xin)時代(dai)我(wo)們(men)在(zai)道路自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)、理論自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)、制度自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上增加了(le)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)就(jiu)來自(zi)(zi)我(wo)們(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)主(zhu)體(ti)性(xing)。這一主(zhu)體(ti)性(xing)是(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共(gong)產(chan)黨(dang)帶領中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)人(ren)民在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)大地上建(jian)立(li)起(qi)來的(de)(de)(de)(de);是(shi)在(zai)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造性(xing)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)性(xing)發展(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)優秀傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),繼承革命文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),發展(zhan)社會(hui)主(zhu)義先進文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上,借(jie)鑒(jian)吸收人(ren)類一切優秀文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明成果的(de)(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎上建(jian)立(li)起(qi)來的(de)(de)(de)(de);是(shi)通過把馬(ma)克思主(zhu)義基(ji)本(ben)原理同(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)具體(ti)實際、同(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)優秀傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)相(xiang)結合建(jian)立(li)起(qi)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)。創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)立(li)新(xin)時代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特(te)色社會(hui)主(zhu)義思想就(jiu)是(shi)這一文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)主(zhu)體(ti)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)最有力(li)(li)體(ti)現(xian)。有了(le)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)主(zhu)體(ti)性(xing),就(jiu)有了(le)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)意義上堅定的(de)(de)(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)我(wo),文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)自(zi)(zi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)就(jiu)有了(le)根(gen)本(ben)依托,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共(gong)產(chan)黨(dang)就(jiu)有了(le)引領時代(dai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)強大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)力(li)(li)量,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)民族和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)人(ren)民就(jiu)有了(le)國(guo)(guo)(guo)家認同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)堅實文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)基(ji)礎,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明就(jiu)有了(le)和(he)世界其他文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明交流互鑒(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)鮮明文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)性(xing)。

  三、更好擔負起新的文化使命

  黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十八大以來,黨(dang)中央在領導(dao)黨(dang)和(he)人民推進治國理政的(de)(de)(de)實踐中,把(ba)文(wen)化建(jian)設擺在全局(ju)工作的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要位置。經過這些年(nian)的(de)(de)(de)不懈努(nu)力,文(wen)化傳承發(fa)展呈現出(chu)新的(de)(de)(de)氣象、開創了新的(de)(de)(de)局(ju)面,社(she)會主義(yi)文(wen)化強國建(jian)設邁出(chu)堅實步伐。

  在實(shi)踐中,我們(men)不斷(duan)(duan)深化(hua)(hua)對(dui)文化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)的(de)規律(lv)性認識,提出一系列新思想(xiang)新觀點(dian)新論(lun)斷(duan)(duan)。這(zhe)些(xie)重要觀點(dian),是新時代黨領(ling)導文化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)實(shi)踐經驗的(de)理論(lun)總結,是做好宣(xuan)傳(chuan)思想(xiang)文化(hua)(hua)工作的(de)根本遵循,必須長(chang)期堅持貫(guan)徹、不斷(duan)(duan)豐(feng)富(fu)發展。

  在新的起點(dian)上繼(ji)續推動文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)繁榮、建設文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)強國、建設中華民(min)族現(xian)代(dai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明,是我們在新時代(dai)新的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)使命。這里,我著重強調3點(dian)。

  第一,堅定文化自信。自(zi)(zi)信(xin)才(cai)能自(zi)(zi)強。有文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)的(de)民族,才(cai)能立得住、站得穩、行得遠。中(zhong)華文(wen)明歷經(jing)數千年而(er)綿延不(bu)絕(jue)、迭遭(zao)憂患而(er)經(jing)久不(bu)衰,這是人類(lei)文(wen)明的(de)奇跡,也是我們自(zi)(zi)信(xin)的(de)底(di)氣。堅(jian)(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin),就(jiu)(jiu)是堅(jian)(jian)持走(zou)自(zi)(zi)己的(de)路。堅(jian)(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)的(de)首(shou)要任務,就(jiu)(jiu)是立足(zu)中(zhong)華民族偉(wei)大歷史實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐和當代實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐,用中(zhong)國(guo)道(dao)理總結好中(zhong)國(guo)經(jing)驗(yan),把中(zhong)國(guo)經(jing)驗(yan)提升為中(zhong)國(guo)理論(lun),既不(bu)盲從各種教(jiao)條,也不(bu)照搬外國(guo)理論(lun),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現精(jing)神(shen)上(shang)的(de)獨立自(zi)(zi)主。要把文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)融入全(quan)民族的(de)精(jing)神(shen)氣質與(yu)文(wen)化品格中(zhong),養成(cheng)昂揚向(xiang)上(shang)的(de)風貌(mao)和理性平和的(de)心態。

  第二,秉持開放包容。開放(fang)包容(rong)始終是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)活(huo)力(li)(li)(li)來源,也是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)自(zi)信的(de)(de)(de)顯著(zhu)標志。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明的(de)(de)(de)博(bo)大氣象(xiang),就(jiu)得益于中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)自(zi)古(gu)以(yi)(yi)來開放(fang)的(de)(de)(de)姿態、包容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)胸懷。秉持開放(fang)包容(rong),就(jiu)是(shi)要(yao)更(geng)加(jia)積極主(zhu)動地(di)學習借鑒人類(lei)創造的(de)(de)(de)一切優秀(xiu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明成(cheng)果。無論是(shi)對(dui)內(nei)提升先進文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)凝聚力(li)(li)(li)感召(zhao)力(li)(li)(li),還是(shi)對(dui)外(wai)增強中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)播力(li)(li)(li)影響(xiang)力(li)(li)(li),都離不開融通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)外(wai)、貫通(tong)古(gu)今。經過長期努力(li)(li)(li),我們比以(yi)(yi)往(wang)任何(he)一個時(shi)(shi)(shi)代都更(geng)有條件(jian)破解“古(gu)今中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西之爭(zheng)”,也比以(yi)(yi)往(wang)任何(he)一個時(shi)(shi)(shi)代都更(geng)迫切需(xu)要(yao)一批熔(rong)鑄古(gu)今、匯通(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)成(cheng)果。我們必須堅(jian)持馬克思主(zhu)義中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)化(hua)時(shi)(shi)(shi)代化(hua),傳(chuan)承發展(zhan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華(hua)(hua)優秀(xiu)傳(chuan)統文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),促進外(wai)來文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)本土(tu)化(hua),不斷(duan)培育(yu)和創造新(xin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)代中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特(te)色社(she)會主(zhu)義文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)。

  第三,堅持守正創新。對文(wen)(wen)化建設來說,守(shou)(shou)(shou)正(zheng)才能(neng)不(bu)迷失自我、不(bu)迷失方向,創(chuang)新才能(neng)把(ba)握時代(dai)(dai)、引領(ling)時代(dai)(dai)。守(shou)(shou)(shou)正(zheng),守(shou)(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)馬(ma)克思主(zhu)(zhu)義在(zai)意識形態領(ling)域指導地位的(de)(de)(de)根(gen)本(ben)制度,守(shou)(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)“兩個結合”的(de)(de)(de)根(gen)本(ben)要求,守(shou)(shou)(shou)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)中(zhong)國共(gong)產黨的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化領(ling)導權和(he)中(zhong)華民(min)族的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化主(zhu)(zhu)體性。創(chuang)新,創(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)新思路、新話語、新機制、新形式,要在(zai)馬(ma)克思主(zhu)(zhu)義指導下真正(zheng)做到(dao)古為今用、洋為中(zhong)用、辯證取舍、推陳出新,實(shi)現(xian)傳統與現(xian)代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)有機銜接。新時代(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化工(gong)作(zuo)者必須(xu)以守(shou)(shou)(shou)正(zheng)創(chuang)新的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)氣和(he)銳氣,賡續(xu)歷史文(wen)(wen)脈、譜寫(xie)當代(dai)(dai)華章。
